Pasco County Library System offers a terrific service to its patrons called OverDrive. This software, available free with your Pasco County Library card at our website (www.pascolibraries.org) offers ebooks which can be downloaded for free to your own laptop (both PC and Mac) or desktop computer, then loaded into an e-reader such as a Nook or a Sony e-Reader -- dozens of devices are functional with OverDrive -- ask to see the list! (Please note: at this time, Amazon's Kindle has proprietary software and does not work with OverDrive.) This class gives you all the
information you need to get started with an e-reader! Please call 352-567-3576 to sign up, as space is limited.

Family Nutrition Program
Pasco County encourages residents to learn about good nutrition. The Pasco County Cooperative Extension, with the assistance of the Pasco County Library System, provides useful information about good nutrition through the Family Nutrition Program. Look for our display at Hugh Embry Branch Library.
