Free eBooks! No Due Dates. No Holds to Make. Yours Forever!

The Pasco County Library System is pleased to announce our new customized access to Project Gutenberg! Need to read a classic right away? Is it all checked out from the library? Is the library already closed and you need to read it before Monday morning?

No need to wait. Go to our Project Gutenberg page on the pascolibraries.org website and download the book you need. Read it right on your computer or download it to your eReader (Nook, Sony eReader, PanDigital, Kobo, etc etc)!

Project Gutenberg provides the full-text of thousands of classics and other books--all free! Pascolibraries.org provides visual links to hundreds and hundreds of these titles. Our links allow you to download the books in the format that can be used by the most popular eReaders on the market. Just click on the book cover of the book you want to read.

Have questions? Call your local branch library. We will gladly assist our patrons in using this service.

Family Nutrition Program

Pasco County encourages residents to learn about good nutrition. The Pasco County Cooperative Extension, with the assistance of the Pasco County Library System, provides useful information about good nutrition through the Family Nutrition Program. Look for our display at Hugh Embry Branch Library.

For more information about the Family Nutrition Program, see the Pasco County Cooperative Extension's website.
